Every plan, including the free tier, includes the full feature set: AI scoring, custom rubrics, ATS integration, white-label branding, and unlimited team seats. What changes across plans is the number of interviews included per month and the level of support you receive.

Pay-As-You-Go — $8 per interview Ideal for teams and individuals with irregular or unpredictable volume. There is no monthly commitment: you pay $8 per interview, only when you use it. This tier works well for small businesses, solo career coaches, or organizations that have burst hiring or training periods followed by quiet months. Basic — $299 / month The entry point for consistent, moderate volume. You get 50 interviews per month included, with any additional interviews charged at $5 each. Email support is included. Plus — $699 / month The most popular plan and the right choice for growing teams and programs that run regularly across multiple roles or cohorts. You get 150 interviews per month, additional interviews at $4 each, and upgraded Email + Chat Priority support so your team gets faster responses when you need help. Growth — $1,299 / month Built for high-volume operations — staffing agencies, BPOs, enterprise recruiting teams, and training programs running large-scale campaigns. Frequently Asked Questions

Can I switch plans?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately, so you gain access to your new interview allowance right away. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. If you switch from monthly to annual billing, the 20% discount is applied to your next payment.

What happens if I exceed my interview limit?

If you use all the interviews included in your monthly plan, you can continue at the per-interview overage rate for your plan tier — $5 per interview on Basic,$4 on Plus, and $3 on Growth. Overage charges are automatically added to your next invoice. On the Pay-As-You-Go plan, every interview is charged at$8 with no monthly cap, so there is no concept of exceeding a limit.

Is there a free trial?

Bridge Labs does not offer a time-limited free trial. Instead, the Freemium plan gives you five real interviews every month at no cost, permanently. This means you can use Bridge Labs in production — with actual candidates for real roles, mock sessions for coaching clients, or live prep sessions for students — before deciding whether a paid plan fits your needs. No credit card is required to sign up for Freemium.

Does an interview count the same for screening and mock practice?

Yes. Every session you create — whether it is a candidate screening interview, a mock practice session for a coaching client, or a prep session for students — counts against your monthly interview allowance in the same way. There is no separate limit for mock interviews versus hiring interviews. One interview link used is one interview counted.

What payment methods do you accept?

Bridge Labs accepts all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Annual plan payments can also be arranged via invoice for Growth plan customers.
