How to Schedule
- From your candidate dashboard, locate the candidate you want to move forward.
- Click Schedule Interview on their card. This opens the scheduling flow.
- Select the interview type: video call, phone, or in-person.
- Choose a date and time, or use the availability link option to let the candidate pick a time from your open slots.
- Add any notes or instructions for the candidate about what to expect in the live session.
- Confirm the scheduling. The candidate receives an invitation automatically.

Scheduling from the Review Panel
You can also schedule directly from inside the candidate’s interview review page while you are watching their video responses. Click Schedule Interview in the action bar at the top of the review panel without needing to return to the dashboard. What Happens After Scheduling
- The candidate receives a confirmation email with the interview details and any instructions you added.
- The scheduled interview appears on the candidate’s profile so your team can see the current stage at a glance.
- If you use a calendar integration, the event is added to your calendar automatically.

Tips for Effective Live Follow-Ups
Because you have already reviewed the candidate’s async submission, your live interview can go deeper rather than covering ground the video already answered. Use the transcript and notes from the async session to prepare:- Pull up the transcript before the call to recall specific things the candidate said.
- Use your notes to flag the moments you want to probe further.
- Reference the AI score and criteria check results to focus your live questions on areas where the candidate scored lower or left gaps.
