Once someone completes a video interview session on Bridge Labs, the platform automatically assembles everything into a single shareable profile. For hiring teams, that means a polished candidate submission ready to send to a hiring manager or client in one click. For coaches, it means a structured record of every client’s mock session ready to review before your next call. For job seekers, it means a full picture of your own performance with AI-scored feedback you can act on immediately. In all three cases, the profile contains the same three layers of evidence: the video, the scores, and the summary.

What an Interview Profile Contains

Video Recording

The full session is embedded directly in the profile. Reviewers can watch any response, pause and replay key moments, and form their own view of how the person communicates and presents. No Bridge Labs account is required to view the video.

AI Score and Rubric Breakdown

The profile displays AI-generated scores broken down by dimension: clarity, tone, problem-solving, and communication. The rubric used to generate those scores is shown in full so anyone reviewing the profile can see exactly what was measured and how the person performed against each criterion.

Interview Summary

Bridge Labs generates a plain-language written summary of the session. The summary highlights key strengths, notable moments, and areas for follow-up or improvement. For hiring stakeholders, it provides a fast orientation before watching the video. For coaches and job seekers, it translates scores into clear, actionable feedback.

How Profiles Are Used Across Use Cases

Hiring Teams and Staffing Agencies

Generating a shareable candidate profile takes seconds. From any candidate’s record in your Bridge Labs dashboard, select Share Profile to create a unique, secure link. Send it directly to a hiring manager or client. They open the profile in their browser and see the video, scores, rubric, and summary in a clean layout with no Bridge Labs login required. They can navigate between questions, review the scoring breakdown, and send you feedback without scheduling a separate call. Staffing agencies can use profiles to differentiate their candidate submissions. Instead of forwarding a PDF resume, you send a link that shows a hiring manager exactly how the candidate communicates, handles pressure, and answers real interview questions. That is a fundamentally different kind of evidence.

Coaches and Career Programs

Coaches use profiles as the foundation of every coaching session. Before a client call, you review their profile in your dashboard, watch their recorded responses, and note specific moments you want to address. You arrive at the session with a precise, evidence-based agenda rather than relying on impressions from a live mock you had to run and evaluate simultaneously. Career programs and schools can share individual profile links with students so each person can review their own performance privately before a group debrief. Students see exactly how they scored on each dimension and can watch their own recordings with fresh eyes, which is one of the most effective ways to identify habits they were not aware of.

Job Seekers

When you complete a practice session, Bridge Labs generates a profile of your own performance that you can access immediately. Watch your own recordings the way an interviewer would see them. Read the AI summary of your responses. Review your scores by dimension and identify the specific areas where your answers were strong and where they fell short. Use that information to adjust your approach before your next attempt. Over multiple sessions, your profiles become a progress log that shows exactly how far you have come.

Audit Trail and Compliance

Every profile in Bridge Labs maintains a complete audit trail. The platform records when the session was completed, when the profile was generated, which version of the rubric was applied, and when the shareable link was accessed. This audit trail is available to your team at any time from the session record.
Bridge Labs retains interview data in accordance with your organization’s data retention settings, which can be configured by an account administrator. Shareable profile links can be revoked at any time from the session record, immediately preventing further access for external reviewers. For detailed information about how Bridge Labs handles personal data, refer to the Bridge Labs Privacy Policy.
For organizations in regulated industries or subject to equal opportunity auditing requirements, the combination of standardized rubrics, AI scoring records, and access logs provides a robust and defensible record of how each person was evaluated without any additional administrative work.

Exporting Reports

To export a profile as a PDF report, open the session record in Bridge Labs, navigate to the profile, and select Export Report. The export includes all scoring data, the AI summary, and the complete rubric. Reports can be saved locally, attached to emails, shared with clients, or uploaded to your existing HR or program documentation systems.
