As your candidate pipeline grows, filters and search keep you from scrolling through the full list every time you need to find someone specific or pull up a subset for review. Bridge Labs gives you several ways to slice your dashboard: by status, by score range, by completion date, or by name.

Searching by Name or Email

Use the search bar at the top of the dashboard to find a specific candidate by name or email address. Results update as you type. This is the fastest way to pull up a single candidate when you know who you are looking for.

Filtering by Status

Filter the dashboard to show only candidates in a specific stage of your pipeline:
  • All: Shows every candidate in the interview, regardless of status.
  • Invited: Candidates who have received a link but have not yet submitted.
  • In Progress: Candidates who have started but not finished their responses.
  • Completed: Candidates who have submitted all their responses.
  • Shortlisted: Candidates you have flagged as strong fits.
  • Rejected: Candidates you have marked as not moving forward.
  • Archived: Candidates removed from the active view but kept in history.
Click any status filter to toggle it on. You can combine multiple statuses to see, for example, both Completed and Shortlisted at the same time.

Filtering by Score

Use the score filter to narrow your view to candidates within a specific score range. Drag the slider or enter minimum and maximum percentages to see only candidates whose AI score falls within that range. This is especially useful when you have a large pool and want to start your review with the highest scorers, or when you want to check whether any lower-scoring candidates still have qualities worth a closer look.

Filtering by Date

Filter by completion date to see candidates who submitted within a specific time window. Use this when:
  • You need to review all new submissions from the past week before a team meeting.
  • You are auditing responses from a specific hiring cycle.
  • You want to find a candidate you reviewed weeks ago and vaguely remember when they submitted.

Sorting the Dashboard

Beyond filtering, you can sort the candidate list by:
  • Score: Highest to lowest or lowest to highest.
  • Date completed: Most recent first or oldest first.
  • Name: Alphabetical.
Click the sort control at the top of the list and select your preferred order. Sorting and filtering work together, so you can filter to Completed candidates and sort by score to instantly see your ranked list.

Clearing Filters

To return to the full candidate view, click Clear Filters or click each active filter to toggle it off. The dashboard resets to showing all candidates.

If you regularly review the same filtered view, such as Shortlisted candidates for a specific role, bookmark the filtered URL in your browser. Bridge Labs preserves filter state in the URL so you can return to the same view without re-applying filters each time.
