Inviting a team member
Sharing a specific interview with team members
Not every team member needs access to every interview. To share a specific interview:- Open the interview from your Interviews dashboard.
- Click the Share icon (or navigate to the interview’s Settings > Access tab).
- Search for and select the team members you want to grant access to.
- Choose whether they can View & Comment or View, Comment & Edit (Recruiters and Admins only).
- Click Save.
Leaving timestamped comments on video responses
Bridge HR lets you annotate specific moments in a candidate’s video response — not just add general notes. To leave a timestamped comment:- Open a candidate’s profile and play the video for the relevant question.
- Pause at the moment you want to comment on.
- Click Add Comment Here — this pins your comment to that exact timestamp.
- Type your note and click Post.
Using the scoring panel
In addition to AI scores, every team member can submit their own manual score for a candidate. In the candidate review panel, open the Scoring tab on the right side of the screen. You can:- Rate the candidate on each question (typically 1–5 stars or a numeric scale)
- Add a written justification for your score
- View the average team score alongside the AI score
Tagging teammates for input
When reviewing a candidate, use @mention in any comment or note field to tag a specific team member. They receive an in-app notification (and optionally an email notification, depending on their settings) prompting them to watch the relevant response and add their own assessment. This is particularly useful for cross-functional hiring where a technical lead needs to weigh in on a candidate’s domain expertise without being pulled into a separate meeting.Exporting a consolidated review report
Once your team has completed their reviews on a shortlisted candidate, you can export a consolidated report that includes:- The candidate’s AI scores and summary
- All manual scores submitted by team members
- Reviewer names, scores, and written justifications
- Timestamped comments
