Hiring is rarely a solo effort. Bridge HR is built for teams — every plan includes unlimited seats, so you can bring in recruiters, hiring managers, department leads, and client stakeholders without worrying about per-user pricing. This guide covers how to invite your team, assign the right roles, collaborate on candidate reviews, and consolidate your feedback into a decision.

Inviting a team member

Sharing a specific interview with team members

Not every team member needs access to every interview. To share a specific interview:
  1. Open the interview from your Interviews dashboard.
  2. Click the Share icon (or navigate to the interview’s Settings > Access tab).
  3. Search for and select the team members you want to grant access to.
  4. Choose whether they can View & Comment or View, Comment & Edit (Recruiters and Admins only).
  5. Click Save.
Selected team members will see the interview appear in their own Bridge HR dashboard immediately.

Leaving timestamped comments on video responses

Bridge HR lets you annotate specific moments in a candidate’s video response — not just add general notes. To leave a timestamped comment:
  1. Open a candidate’s profile and play the video for the relevant question.
  2. Pause at the moment you want to comment on.
  3. Click Add Comment Here — this pins your comment to that exact timestamp.
  4. Type your note and click Post.
Timestamped comments are visible to all team members with access to the interview and are attributed to the reviewer who left them. They appear as markers on the video timeline so others can jump directly to the flagged moment.

Using the scoring panel

In addition to AI scores, every team member can submit their own manual score for a candidate. In the candidate review panel, open the Scoring tab on the right side of the screen. You can:
  • Rate the candidate on each question (typically 1–5 stars or a numeric scale)
  • Add a written justification for your score
  • View the average team score alongside the AI score
This creates a clean audit trail of human judgments that complements the AI-generated data — useful for compliance, consistency, and any post-hire review of your process.

Tagging teammates for input

When reviewing a candidate, use @mention in any comment or note field to tag a specific team member. They receive an in-app notification (and optionally an email notification, depending on their settings) prompting them to watch the relevant response and add their own assessment. This is particularly useful for cross-functional hiring where a technical lead needs to weigh in on a candidate’s domain expertise without being pulled into a separate meeting.

Exporting a consolidated review report

Once your team has completed their reviews on a shortlisted candidate, you can export a consolidated report that includes:
  • The candidate’s AI scores and summary
  • All manual scores submitted by team members
  • Reviewer names, scores, and written justifications
  • Timestamped comments
To export, open the candidate’s profile and click Export Report. Choose Consolidated Team Report from the export options. The report is generated as a PDF and is ready to share with leadership or attach to the candidate’s ATS profile.
