Once a candidate completes their interview, you can share their full submission with anyone who needs to review it: a hiring manager, a client, a colleague, or an external stakeholder. The person you share with does not need a Bridge Labs account to watch the video, read the transcript, or review the AI score.

How to Share

  1. Open the candidate’s profile by clicking View Interview on their card in your dashboard.
  2. In the top-right corner of the review panel, click Share Interview.
  3. A shareable link is generated and copied to your clipboard automatically.
  4. Paste and send the link however you prefer: email, Slack, a client portal, or any other channel.
The recipient clicks the link and lands directly on the candidate’s interview review page. No login, no account creation required.

What the Shared View Includes

When someone opens a shared interview link, they see:
  • The candidate’s video responses for each question
  • The AI score and any criteria check results
  • The transcript of the candidate’s answers
  • Key information highlights flagged by the AI
They do not see internal notes you have left, candidate contact details beyond the name, or other candidates in your pipeline.

Use Cases by Audience

Hiring teams: Share a shortlist of candidates with the hiring manager before scheduling live interviews. Instead of forwarding resumes, send a direct link to each candidate’s video submission so reviewers can evaluate communication style and depth of knowledge on their own time. Staffing agencies and BPOs: Share a curated slate with your client after your initial screening review. The client gets a clean, professional view of each candidate without needing platform access. Career coaches: Share a client’s practice session back with them for self-review. Clients can watch their own answers, read the transcript, and compare their responses against the criteria checks to identify what to improve. Schools and programs: Share student submissions with faculty reviewers, department heads, or external evaluators as part of a structured assessment process.
  • Shared links are view-only. Recipients cannot take any actions inside your pipeline.
  • Anyone with the link can access the interview. If a submission contains sensitive information, share selectively.
  • Links do not expire by default. If you need to revoke access, contact support.
For client-facing sharing, share only after you have completed your own review and marked the candidate as Shortlisted. This signals to the client that you have already pre-screened the submission and stand behind it.
