How to Create Your Bridge HR Account

Bridge HR serves two types of users, and the account setup process is different depending on who you are.

Find your use case below:

👔 I am an Employer / Recruiter

You will need a full Bridge HR account to create jobs, build question sets, invite candidates, and review AI reports

Signing up

  1. Go here and click Get Started For Free
  2. Enter your work email address and create a password (We recommend using your work email so your account is tied to your organization)

Verifying your email

  1. You'll receive a verification email within a few minutes
  2. Click the confirmation link to activate your account 
If it doesn't arrive, check your spam/junk folder or click 'Resend Verification Email' on the login screen

Logging in for the first time

Once verified, log in here. You'll be taken through a short onboarding checklist to help you set up your first job

Forgot your password?

Click 'Forgot Password' on the login screen, enter your email, and follow the reset link.  The reset links expire after 24 hours

🙋 I'm a Candidate


How it works:
  1. Check your email for an interview invitation from the company you applied to (sent via no-reply@bridgelabs.tech â€” check spam if you don't see it)
  2. Click the link in the email — it will open your interview directly in your browser
  3. You can create your account at this stage

    Signing up

    1. Go here and click Get Started For Free
    2. Enter your email address and create a password

    Verifying your email

    Logging in for the first time

    Once verified, log in here
    You'll be taken to the platform, and you can wait for your interview invitation

    Forgot your password?

    Click 'Forgot Password' on the login screen, enter your email, and follow the reset link
    The reset links expire after 24 hours

  4. You'll be asked to verify your name, grant camera and microphone permissions, and review the interview instructions

  5. Complete your interview and click Submit when done — you'll see a confirmation screen when it's successfully received

The interview runs entirely in your browser, and you do not need to download any other applications
