All plans include Candidate AI Scoring and Bridge AI (Beta);  so regardless of which plan you're on, every candidate interview is fully analyzed by our AI.

You can choose between monthly or annual billing. Subscribing to the annual billing option helps you save 20% across all paid plans.

Plan Comparison

Which Plan Is Right for You?

1. Pay-As-You-Go: Best if you hire occasionally or want to try Bridge HR before committing to a monthly plan.
   You get 5 free interviews per month (Freemium) and pay $8 per additional candidate interview. No ATS integration or white-labeling included.
   
   
2. Basic ($299/month): Best for small teams doing consistent hiring.
   Covers up to 50 candidate interviews per month with ATS integration included. Additional candidates are $5 each. Support is handled via email.
   
   
3. Plus ($699/month): Best for growing teams and staffing agencies.
   Covers up to 150 candidate interviews per month, includes white-labeling so you can present Bridge HR under your own brand, and comes with priority chat support. Additional candidates are $4 each.
   
   
4. Growth ($1,299/month): 
   Best for high-volume hiring teams, BPOs, and enterprises. Covers up to 325 candidate interviews per month with the lowest additional candidate rate ($3 each), white-label, and direct phone support priority.
   

What Is "Bridge AI Beta"?

Bridge AI (Beta) is included across all plans.
It refers to Bridge Labs' AI analysis layer, which is the engine that processes candidate video responses, generates transcripts, and produces scoring and insights for each interview.
As a Beta feature, it is actively being refined and improved based on real-world usage.

What Counts as a "Candidate Interview"?

One candidate interview = one candidate completing one interview session for one job opening. If the same candidate is invited to interview for two different roles, that counts as two interviews against your monthly total.

Going Over Your Monthly Limit

If you exceed your plan's included interview count, additional candidate interviews are charged at your plan's per-candidate rate (see table above). These charges are applied automatically and will appear on your next invoice.

Annual Billing

Switching to annual billing saves 20% on your monthly rate. Annual plans are billed upfront for 12 months. To switch, go to your billing settings or contact hello@bridgelabs.tech.

Cancellations and Refunds

To cancel your subscription, contact Bridge Labs at hello@bridgelabs.tech. Your account remains active until the end of your current billing period. Please review the full terms at bridgelabs.tech/terms-and-conditions.
