# Async Video Interviews: Screen Candidates and Run Mock Sessions on Any Schedule

Asynchronous video interviews replace the traditional live interview or phone screen with an on-demand video format that works around everyone's schedule. The person you invite records their responses whenever it suits them, and you review those responses whenever it suits you. ## How It Works

### The Recording Experience

## Getting Started

To launch your first session, go to **Interviews** in your Bridge Labs dashboard, click **Create Interview**, add questions from the Question Library or write your own, configure your time limits and retake settings, and share the generated link.
